Our work combines careful technical delivery with strong interior and spatial design. We care about how buildings are put together and how they are lived in.
Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Full time, based in London Studio
Start: March / April
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
This is a hands-on role working on homeowner projects at different stages. You will be involved in design concepts and development, 3D and visual work, planning applications, interior proposals, and technical delivery. There will be opportunities to attend client and consultant meetings, and to see work progress from drawings through to construction. The role offers broad experience that is useful preparation for Part 3, with close support and mentoring from the directors.
What you will be doing:
Working on residential projects across different stages
Supporting design concept work and design development
Producing 3D models and visuals (SketchUp and Enscape)
Assisting with planning applications and related drawings/documents
Contributing to interior design and material proposals
Supporting technical delivery and coordination
Taking part in meetings with clients and consultants
What we are looking for:
Part 2 qualified
Confident with Vectorworks, SketchUp and Enscape
Strong interest in 3D visualisation
Interest in interior design as well as architecture
Friendly, collaborative and keen to learn
Comfortable working in a small team and taking initiative
Nice to have:
Some knowledge of Building Regulations and technical detailing
